About
Organic & natural, No Nasty Ingredients!
Formulated by a Naturopath, Rooted in Nature
As a practicing naturopath, I understand that true vitality is a reflection of how we nourish both our minds and our bodies. I believe that what we put on our skin and introduce into our daily environments should work in harmony with our biology—not against it. That is why I personally formulate The Green Medic® range. I have meticulously sourced the highest quality, premium raw ingredients available. Every selection in our award winning collection is proudly:
- 100% Certified Organic Ingredients
- Cruelty-Free & Vegan
- Consciously Sourced & Ethically Made
Our philosophy is beautifully simple: we create formulations that are kind to animals, kind to humans, and kind to the universe. Every product is intentionally crafted without the synthetic additives, harsh artificial fragrance, or heavy chemical fillers commonly found in mass-produced retail alternatives. We prioritize pure, clean, and active botanicals that respect your body’s natural ecosystem.

Environmental Health & Wellness Support
Navigating your path to environmental vitality.
As both a qualified Naturopath and a formally certified Mould Testing Technician registered with the Australasian Society of Building Biologists (ASBB), I am deeply passionate about supporting your wellness journey when dealing with environmental sensitivities and exposures. Everyday surroundings including mould exposure can heavily influence your vitality. Prolonged exposure to poor indoor air quality, dampness, mould or structural moisture is often a hidden factor behind persistent well-being challenges. When your physical body is working hard to adapt to a compromised environment, it can commonly present as systemic fatigue, digestive imbalances, cognitive cloudiness, or upper respiratory discomfort.
A Dual Framework: Human Biology & Building Science
What sets my practice apart? I focus on identifying the hidden lifestyle and environmental factors impacting your health by looking at both sides of the coin. I examine how external environmental stressors actively correlate with your physical baseline. At The Green Medic, I bridge the gap by combining foundational environmental science and functional lifestyle pathology with holistic naturopathic care. By looking at your health history alongside the principles of building biology, my goals are clear:
- Investigate your unique lifestyle, health history, and immediate environment.
- Understand the lifestyle and environmental factors influencing your physical challenges.
- Rebalance, restore, and maintain long-term physiological resilience.
No matter where you are in the world, I can create a highly personalised wellness plan structured to support your unique recovery, resilience, and general well-being.

Earth & Land Healing by Assunta
An Energetic Alignment of your land & property
Clearing environmental stagnation and establishing spatial harmony.
Earth Healing is the practice of identifying, honouring, and restoring the natural, vibrant baseline of the land we inhabit. Just as our physical bodies react to invisible environmental stressors, the land itself—and the structures built upon it—can hold onto past energetic residues, low-frequency imbalances, and localized disruptions.
Through dedicated Earth & Land Healing, I utilize energetic, physical & time-honoured practices to look beneath the surface, pinpointing hidden environmental and geopathic interferences such as ley lines, stagnant water & geopathic stress to restore a state of flow, clarity, and lasting vitality to you and your property.
